Frequently Asked Questions

Is the house clearance really free?

In most cases, yes. Our partners offer free collection where your items hold resale value (furniture, appliances, bric-a-brac) up to a standard van-load. For larger or low-value clearances, volume-based terms are agreed upfront — so you always know the cost before any work begins.

Do you take everything?

Most providers look for resalable items. However, many will also clear rubbish or non-resalable items as part of the deal if the value of the good items covers the disposal costs.

Can I choose a charity only?

Absolutely. You can select "Charity Only" when submitting your request, and we will only alert registered charities in your area.
